Postage Policy

Please allow up to 10 days for your jewellery to be made and shipped out.

All my UK parcels are shipped free of charge, using the Royal Mail tracked services.

International parcels are charged extra & shipped using Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed services.

UK postage is an estimated 1-3 days. International postage is an estimates 10-20 days. Posting time varies due to holiday periods etc.  Always get in touch to check if you think your parcel has gone astray so that I can investigate further. 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I cannot be held responsible for any delays due to customs.
