Please allow up to 10 working days from ordering for your jewellery to be made and shipped out. All my items are handmade to order and not off the shelf, so please allow time for this as well as postal time. 

All my UK parcels are sent using Royal Mail 24 hour tracked services.

International parcels are charged and shipped using the Royal Mail International Tracked service.

UK postage is an estimated 1-2 days. International postage is an estimated 10-20 days. Delivery time can vary due to holiday periods, but please get in touch to check if you think your parcel has gone astray so that I can investigate as soon as possible. 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I cannot be held responsible for any delays due to customs.
