If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I’m sorry to hear that, however, simply get in touch with me and arrange to return the item to me in its original unused condition within 14 days of receipt.

Returned items should be unused and unworn and must be returned in original packaging. I will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge.

Please kindly note that I do not accept returns on items that have been personalised, custom stamped or made to order for you, as these items have been made specifically to your size and specifications. 

The ‘Wishes’ dandelion and birthstone spinner ring cannot be resized or exchanged after purchase so please ensure you have the correct size when ordering.

Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for returns unless faulty.

Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 14 days of delivery, unless I have notified you otherwise.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches me. Therefore for your own protection I recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

The cost of returning the item to me is your responsibility.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS:

Hopefully, your jewellery will arrive in perfect condition but, unfortunately, sometimes things do go wrong in transit.  I will refund, repair or replace an item if it is faulty or damaged. I ask for the items to be returned to myself in the first instance and if a refund is requested, I will process this on receipt of the goods. For a replacement or repair, this will be dealt with within 5 working days.
